The St. Clair County Highway Department is responsible for care, maintenance and reconstruction of the County highways under the jurisdiction of the County. The County highway system is comprised of approximately 245 miles of roadways and 65 bridges more than 20 foot in length.
The Highway Department is located at 1415 North Belt West in Belleville. The administrative offices are open from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Maintenance office is open from 6:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
