During the pandemic, the St. Clair County Circuit Clerk’s Office will continue to maintain regular hours of operation Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm with the exception of holidays. At this time, we continue to encourage safe interaction and proper social distancing. In an effort to reduce in-person visits, we ask court patrons to utilize online services as much as possible.
The St. Clair County Circuit Clerk’s Office online services include:
eFiling: Pursuant to Illinois Supreme Court Rule 9, eFiling is required on all civil case types for Attorneys and Self Represented Litigants. The Illinois Supreme Court has provided outstanding resources to assist in the eFiling process.
