With EquaPay, you can split your annual property tax bill into predictable monthly payments, making budgeting easier and avoiding large, one-time expenses.
Getting started is easy:
- Search Your Tax Bill – Look up your property using your name, address, or property ID to confirm your details.
- Create Your Account – Sign up, choose your draft date, and pick a payment method (ACH or credit card).
- EquaPay Calculates Your Payments – Monthly amounts are based on the time left until the due date.
- Finalize Enrollment – Once enrolled, EquaPay pays your property taxes on time, directly to our office.
- Stay Enrolled Automatically – When the new tax year begins, your schedule updates to keep payments accurate and current.
