Common reasons eRecordings are rejected:
- Missing or incomplete legal description
- Missing PIN # (parcel number)
- Missing exemption or Ptax form
- Incomplete Ptax form
- MyDec status must read “closing completed”
- Missing Tax Mailing address on deed
