St Clair County Recorder of Deeds has partnered with Fidlar Technologies to offer improved remote land record access.

As always you are more than welcome to stop by our office and search our records at no charge.  Our office is open to the public Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.  We have 7 public access workstations that are available for use during that time.  Copies from these PC’s are $2.00 per page.

For those of you who would rather search land records from the comfort of your home or office, we offer Tapestry Eon and Laredo Anywhere access as well as an “index only” search option.

Tapestry Eon- A charge per land records search designed for occasional users.

Get 24 X 7 access to St Clair County land records. Tapestry Eon allows for both pay-as-you-go access and an open account payment plan.
