WIC

The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children - better known as the WIC Program - serves to safeguard the health of low-income women, infants, & children up to age 5 who are at nutritional risk by providing nutritious foods to supplement diets, information on healthy eating, and referrals to health care. 

WIC is a income based program, each potential client will be prescreened on the telephone to check for eligibility.

CALL  618-233-6170 during normal office hours to make appointment, which are available  Monday through Friday 8-4, and 1 EVENING per month.

In accordance with Federal civil rights law and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) civil rights regulations and policies, the USDA, its Agencies, offices, and employees, and institutions participating in or administering USDA programs are prohibited from discriminating based on race, color, national origin, sex, disability, age, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity in any program or activity conducted or funded by USDA.

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:

Our clinic offers appointments Monday – Friday from 8am – 3:30pm. Please call the office to book an appointment at 618-233-6170.

We no longer offer walk-in clinics, however we now have “same-day appointments”. Call us to schedule an appointment the same day. We encourage you to call the clinic early at 8am when the phones open because appointments book fast.

We offer an evening clinic once a month on the 2nd Wednesday of every month starting at 4pm.

If you book an appointment that you cannot keep, we ask that you please call the office before the scheduled appointment to let us know and so that we can get you reschedule as soon as possible.
