FLOOD PREVENTION DISTRICT BOARD 
August 26, 2019 
 
The St. Clair County Flood Prevention District Board met in the County Board 
Conference Room.  Meeting was called to order by Dr. Debra Moore, Chairman 
and Director of Administration, at 10:00 a.m. on August 26, 2019.   
 
Members Present:          
 
Debra Moore, Chairman 
Alvin Parks, Vice Chairman   
Isabelle Crockett, Secretary / Treasurer 
 
Others Present:   
Charles Lee 
 
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. 
 
There were no Public Comments or Questions at this meeting. 
 
Upon a motion by Ms. Crockett and seconded by Mr. Parks, it was unanimously 
agreed to approve the minutes from the July 10, 2019 meeting. 
 
Upon a motion by Mr. Parks and seconded by Ms. Crockett, it was unanimously 
agreed to approve Southwestern Illinois Flood Prevention District Council’s 
2019-2020 Budget. 
 
Upon a motion by Ms. Crockett and seconded by Mr. Parks, it was unanimously 
agreed to approve Southwestern Illinois Flood Prevention District Council’s 
2018-2019 Annual Report. 
 
Discussion ensued about the need to maintain all complete levee system 
components.   
 
Upon a motion by Mr. Parks and seconded by Ms. Crockett, it was unanimously 
agreed to adjourn at 10:34 a.m.
