The Special Judiciary Committee of the St. Clair County Board met in the County Board 
Conference Room on September 16, 2019.  The meeting was called to order by Chairman 
Roy Mosley at 6:45 p.m.

Upon a motion by Ms. McIntosh and seconded by Mr. Tieman, it was unanimously agreed 
to approve the County Cannabis Retailers’ Occupation Tax Ordinance No. 19-218.
