Call   to   Order: 
Chairman   Ken   Sharkey called the Committee   to   order   at   5:30 p.m. and led everyone in the Pledge   of   Allegiance. 
Public Comment Regarding the Agenda: 
Mr; Sharkey asked  anyone present had a question   if   or   comment regarding the agenda. There were none. 
New Business 
The  purpose   of   the  Special  Committee  meeting  was   to   consider  and  act on  the  new Joint   Use   Agreement 
between the County and the U.S.  Air Force.  County Board  Chairman  Mark Kern  discussed the new  proposed 
Agreement. Chairman discussed the history   of   the current Agreement and the steps   that   were undertaken to 
bring a  new revised Agreement. A thorough discussion was  held  regarding the merits   of   the new Agreement 
and the need   for   it.  Mr. Dinges made the motion   to   approve the new Joint   Use   Agreement and forward  to the   it 
County Board. The motion was seconded by Mr. Allen. The motion passed unanimously.

With no other information to discuss Mr. Sharkey asked for a motion   to   adjourn.   Mr.   Dinges made a motion to 
adjourn, which  was seconded  by Mr.  Vernier.  The motion   passed   unanimously and  the meeting adjourned at 
5:45 p.m.
