Committee Chairman  Sharkey called  the Committee   to   order   at   6:00 p.m. and  led  everyone in  the Pledge   of 
Allegiance. 
eublic Cgmment Regarding the Agenda: 
Mr. Sharkey asked  anyone present had a question   if   or   comment regarding the agenda. There were none. 
Approyql   of   the April 21, 2016 Committee Minutes   (action required); 
Mr. Sharkey called for action on the April 21, 2016 Committee minutes. Mr. Dinges made the motion   to   approve 
the minutes, which was seconded by Mr. Allen.  The motion   p~ssed   unanimously. 
New Business (Director's Report,   infonvation onlv): 
Mr.  Sharkey asked  the Director   to   give his report.  Mr.   Beach   briefed the Committee on  a  new lead/prospect 
(called   ~roject   X  by the  site  selection  consultant).  And  he  mentioned  a  new  serious  lead/prospect on  the 
riverfront near Bunge-SCF Marine.   And   he updated the Committee on   NGA   issues. 
He   also  discussed  the meetings  he  and  staff attended  (or coordinated)  since  the last Committee  meeting: 
Southwestern Illinois Export   &   Trade Council  held   at   the Kaskaskia  Regional  Port District offices in   Red   Bud 
Armed Services Ball,  HUD/Sec.  108 press conference with   HUD   officials and Senator Durbin, and he discussed 
the meetings regarding   NGA   in Washington,   DC.   .

Tim Cantwell did   not   attend. There was no   PBC   meeting earlier   in   the day.

With no other information   to   discuss Mr. Sharkey asked for a motion   to   adjourn. Mr. Dinges made the motion   to 
adjourn, which was seconded  by Mr.  Vernier. The motion   ~ssed   unanimously and  the meeting adjourned   at
