FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES 
July 25, 2016 
 
The Finance Committee of the St. Clair County Board met on July 25, 2016 in the County Board 
Conference Room at 7:00 p.m.  The meeting was called to order by Ken Easterley,Chairman.

There were no Public Comments or Questions made. 
 
Upon motion by Mr. West and seconded by Ms. Clark, it was unanimously agreed to approve the Finance 
Committee Meeting Minutes for July 18, 2016. 
 
Upon motion by Mr. Mosley and seconded by Mrs. Chartrand, it was unanimously agreed to approve the July 
2016 payroll. 
 
Upon motion by Ms. Clark and seconded by Mr. Crawford, it was unanimously agreed to approve the Scheffel 
Boyle Engagement Letter for St. Clair County Audit. 
 
Upon motion by Mrs. Chartrand and seconded by Mr. West, it was unanimously agreed to approve the 
requests that are listed below: 
 
?     Bid from Martin Fence for SCC Dog Park - $12,850.00 
?     (2) Currency Counters for Treasurer’s Office - $3,490.00 
?     (1) 2007 Ford Truck for Centreville Township $500.00 
?     (2) 2007 Ford Trucks for Fairmont City $1,000.00 
 
Upon motion by Mrs. Chartrand and seconded by Mr. Mosley, it was unanimously agreed to approve a 
transfer.  ATTACHED IS A COPY OF THE ONE TRANSFER. 
 
Upon motion by Ms. Clark and seconded by Mrs. Seibert, it was unanimously agreed adjourn at 7:09 p.m.
