FINANCE COMMITTEE 
May 26, 2015 
 
The Finance Committee of the St. Clair County Board met in the County Board 
Conference Room.  The meeting was called to order by Chairman Ken Easterley at 
7:00 p.m.

Upon motion by Mr. West and seconded by Mrs. Seibert, it was unanimously 
agreed to approve the Meeting Minutes from the May 18, 2015 Meeting. 
 
Upon motion by Mr. Mosley and seconded by Ms. Clark, it was unanimously 
agreed to approve the May, 2015 payroll. 
 
Upon motion by Mrs. Seibert and seconded by Ms. Clark, it was unanimously 
agreed to approve the contract with Trevicos for ($15,390,000.00) to build the 
lower Wood River Deep Cutoff Wall, Clay Cap, Relief Wells as approved by the 
SWI Flood Prevention District Council. 
 
Upon motion by Mr. Mosley and seconded by Mr. Crawford, it was unanimously 
agreed to approve entering into an Executive Session. 
 
Discussion was held on the Worker’s Compensation cases and Litigation.   
Approval of recommendations and settlement discussed. 
 
Upon motion by Mr. West and seconded by Mrs. Seibert, it was unanimously 
agreed to return to Open Session from Executive Session.

Upon motion by Mr. Easterley and seconded by Mr. Mosley, it was unanimously 
agreed to approve the settlements as discussed in Executive Session. 
 
Upon motion by Mrs. Seibert and seconded by Mr. Crawford, it was unanimously 
agreed to adjourn.
