LOCKTON COMPANIES PROGRAM OVERVIEW - PROPOSAL MidAmerica St. Louis Airport March 2014 - Presented by Lockton Companies REVIEW OF COVERAGES Automobile Coverage Coverage was placed with Travelers at the last renewal through an aviation program. Renewal terms have been offered subject to a 7% rate reduction. Airport Owners and Operators Liability The incumbent carrier ACE offered to renew with the same terms, conditions, and at the same premium as expiring. In addition the carrier has offered an option to write a three year policy. This does not guarantee rates for the three year period of time. It does however obligate them to renegotiate terms 90 days in advance for each renewal. St. Clair would not be bound to stay with the carrier for the three year period. Terrorism is available for an additional $2,850. = Page 5 = Pollution Liability This line was renewed last April for a three year term. No action necessary until April 2016. Sexual Misconduct Liability Abuse or Molestation Expense Reimbursement Insurance – coverage terms and conditions are the same as expiring; however, the pricing is up slightly due to the increased risk associated with the addition of passenger travel in the airport. Aviation Public Officials Liability Coverage under this line is afforded to the County only for operations of MidAmerica St. Louis Airport. The terms and conditions are as expiring. The premium is up slightly. Special Crime (Kidnap & Ransom) Provides protection for the employees of MidAmerica St. Louis Airport. The premium is $500. Property AXIS Insurance Company has offered renewal at a slight rate reduction from 0.1517 to 0.148. This rate contemplates an increase in the loss limit from $210,000,000 to $220,000,000. We have also increased the earth movement and flood sublimits from $200,000,000 to $220,000,000. Other markets approached include, Affiliated FM and Swiss Re; neither could provide the breadth of coverage currently offered by AXIS Insurance.
