The Finance Committee of the St. Clair County Board met in the County Board 
Conference Room.  The meeting was called to order by Chairman Ken Easterley at 7:00 
p.m.

Upon motion by Mr. West and seconded by Ms. Clark, it was unanimously agreed to 
approve the December 15, 2014 Meeting Minutes. 
 
There were no Public Comments \ Questions made on the Agenda items. 
 
Upon motion by Mr. Mosley and seconded by Ms. Chartrand, it was unanimously 
agreed to approve the County Payroll. 
 
Upon motion by Mrs. Seibert and seconded by Ms. Clark it was unanimously agreed to 
approve a Professional Service contract with Bellwether, LLC, NTE ($7,500.00). 
 
Upon motion by Mr. West and seconded by Ms. Clark, it was unanimously agreed to 
approve an Ordinance allowing demolition of Trustee Property in Washington Park, 
Illinois.

Upon motion by Ms. Clark and seconded by Ms. Chartrand it was unanimously agreed 
to enter Executive Session to discuss litigation. 
 
After exiting Executive Session a motion was made by Ms. Chartrand and seconded by 
Ms. Clark to approve a settlement as recommended by counsel for Ms. Shirley Wicks 
versus St. Clair County, Illinois Case number 560-2014-01345 for ($30,000.00). 
 
Upon motion by Ms. Clark and seconded by Mr. West it was unanimously agreed to 
adjourn at 7:20 p.m.
