JUDICIARY COMMITTEE - MINUTES April 28, 2014 The Judiciary Committee of the St. Clair County Board met in the County Board Conference Room. Meeting was called to order by Asst. County Board 2. Judiciary Committee There were no Public Comments / Questions made in the April 28, 2014 Judiciary Committee Meeting. Upon motion by Mrs. McIntosh and seconded by Mr. Easterley, it was unanimously agreed to approve an Ordinance for the 2013 Tax LevyAbatement. Upon motion by Mr. L. Mosley and seconded by Mr. O’Donnell, it was unanimously agreed to approve the Transportation Committee Reports & Resolutions. Upon motion by Mrs. Seibert and seconded by Mrs. McIntosh, it was unanimously agreed to approve a Resolution preserving the Cahokia Mounds by elevating to a National Status. Upon motion by, Mr. Mosley and seconded by Mrs. Seibert, it was unanimously agreed to approve a Resolution approving a home investment partnership between St. Clair County and the City of Belleville and East St. Louis, Illinois. = Page 1 = Upon motion by Mr. Easterley and seconded by Mrs. McIntosh, it was unanimously agreed to approve a Resolution approving a Community Development Block Grant Agreement.
