JUDICIARY COMMITTEE - MINUTES 
September 30, 2013 
 
The Judiciary Committee of the St. Clair County Board met in the County Board Conference 
Room.  Meeting was called to order by Chairman Roy Mosley, Jr. at 6:45 p.m.

Upon motion by Mr. Easterely and seconded by Mr. Baker, it was unanimously agreed to approve 
the Minutes listed below: 
 
County Board       July 29, 2013 - Corrected 
Judiciary Committee   August 26, 2013 
County Board       August 26, 2013 
 
There were no Public Comments / Questions made in the August 26, 2013 Judiciary Committee 
Meeting. 
 
Upon motion by Mrs. Seibert and seconded by Mrs. McIntosh, it was unanimously agreed to 
approve the County Levy Ordinance for 2014. 
 
Upon motion by Mrs. Seibert and seconded by Mr. Easterley, it was unanimously agreed to 
approve an Ordinance amending Chapter 28 “Personnel Code”. 
 
Upon motion by Mr. O’Donnell and seconded by Mr. Easterley, it was unanimously agreed to 
approve a Transportation Committee Reports & Resolution.

Upon motion by Mr. L. Mosley and seconded by Mr. Easterley, it was unanimously agreed to 
approve postponing consideration until next budget year an ordinance amending Chapter 1 
“Administration.” 
 
Upon motion by Mr. Easterley and seconded by Mrs. Seibert, it was unanimously agreed to 
approve SCC: 
1.  2014 Holiday Schedule 
2.  2014 County Board Meeting Dates 
 
Upon motion by Mr. L. Mosley and seconded by Mr. Easterley, it was unanimously agreed to 
approve the appointment to the Public Building Commission listed below: 
 
Commissioner, St. Clair County Public Building Commission 
Reappointment of LUTHER A. JACKSON to a five (5) year term 
Effective October 1, 2013 and expiring on October 1, 2018 
 
Information given on Housing Authority changed to HUD contract non substantive change. 
 
A motion was made by Mr. Easterley and seconded by Mr. L. Mosley to adjourn at 6:50 p.m.  
Motion passed unanimously.
