Call to Order 
 
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Asst. Chairman Mr. Hamilton. 
 
Roll Call and Declaration of Quorum 
 
The roll was called and a quorum declared present. 
 
Approval of Minutes: 
 
MOTION   by Mr. Renner to approve the minutes of the January 28, 2013 meeting. 
Second by Mr. O’Donnell. 
 
Vote:                             6 yes                0 no

New Business –  
 
Mr. Trentman has been talking to the Belleville News Democrat in regards to running pet 
adoption ads.  
 
Mr. Jacquot announced that the next spay/neuter clinic will be April 20, 2013.
