Call to Order 
 
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chairman Mr. Reeb. 
 
Roll Call and Declaration of Quorum 
 
The roll was called and a quorum declared present. 
 
Approval of Minutes: 
 
MOTION   by Mr. Renner to approve the minutes of the March 25, 2013 meeting. 
Second by Mr. Hamilton. 
 
Vote:                             7 yes                0 no

New Business –  
 
Mr. Baker has been able to get advertising in the Mascoutah Herald, for the St. Clair County 
Adoption Center. 
 
On April 18, 2013 St. Clair County Animal Services was flooded by heavy rains and rising creek 
water.  (Mr. Jacquot supplied photos) Animal Control is looking into installing back flow valves. 
 
 
April 27, 2013   St. Clair County Adoption Center had its first soft opening.
