FINANCE COMMITTEE July 19, 2010 The Finance Committee of the St. Clair County Board met in the County Board Conference Room. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Edwin Cockrell at 6:30 p.m. Members Present: Edwin Cockrell, Chairman Larry Stammer, Asst. Chairman Lonnie Mosley Kenneth Easterley June Chartrand Marty Crawford Dixie Seibert Others Present: Dan Maher, Director of Administration Tom Maziarz, Manager Central Services/Purchasing Charles Lee, County Board Member John West, County Board Member Upon motion by Mr. Stammer and seconded by Mr. Mosley, it was unanimously agreed to approve the June 28, 2010 Meeting Minutes. Upon motion by Mrs. Chartrand and seconded by Mr. Mosley, it was unanimously agreed to approve the transfer of Economic Development Bonds to the Levee Council the value is ($10,560.000.00). Upon motion by Mr. Stammer and seconded by Mr. Mosley, it was unanimously agreed to receive and place on file the Treasurer’s Reports. Upon motion by Mrs. Seibert and seconded by Mr. Crawford, it was unanimously agreed to approve the Circuit Clerks File Folder System the cost is ($10,607.40), per graphics. Upon motion by Mrs. Chartrand and seconded by Mr. Mosley, it was unanimously agreed to receive and place on file the Purchasing & Claims Sub-Committee. Circuit Clerk Document Storage Fund Informational was given. Upon motion by Mr. Mosley and seconded by Mrs. Seibert, it was unanimously agreed to adjourn at 6:55 pm.
