JUDICIARY COMMITTEE - MINUTES 
December 20, 2010 
 
The Judiciary Committee of the St. Clair County Board met in the County Board Conference Room.   
Meeting was called to order by Chairman Frank Heiligenstein at 6:45 p.m.

Upon motion by Mrs. Keeley and seconded by. Mr. Radford, it was unanimously agreed to approve all of 
the November 29, 2010 Meeting Minutes listed below     : 
 
1.   Judiciary Committee Minutes 
2.   County Board Meeting Minutes 
 
Upon motion by Mrs. Keeley and seconded by Mr. Radford, it was unanimously agreed to approve a 
Resolution for exemption of certain requirements under Health Insurance Portability Act (HIPAA). 
 
Upon motion by Mrs. Seibert and seconded by Mr. Radford, it was unanimously agreed to approve the 
Professional Services Agreement with Joseph Meyer to February 27, 2014. 
 
Upon motion by Mrs. Keeley and seconded by Mr. Radford, it was unanimously agreed to approve an 
Ordinance amending Chapter 7 (Building Regulations) adoption of energy conservation code. 
 
Upon motion by Ms. Keeley and seconded by Mr. Radford, it was unanimously agreed to approve 
Transportation Committee Reports and Resolutions.

Upon motion by Mrs. Keeley and seconded by Mrs. Seibert, it was unanimously agreed to approve the 
following appointments: 
 
 
1.   Member, St. Clair County Transit District  : 
 
Reappointment of   LONNIE MOSLEY   to complete a four (4) year term effective December 
31, 2010 and expiring on December 31, 2014. 
 
   2.   Members, St. Clair Community Mental Health Board  : 
 
Reappointment of   KRISTI LUETKEMYER    to complete a four (4) year term effective 
December 31, 2010 and expiring on December 31, 2014. 
 
Reappointment of   ANN M. BARNUM   to complete a four (4) year term effective December 
31, 2010 and expiring on December 31, 2014. 
 
   3.   Member, 9-1-1 / Emergency Telephone System Board  : 
 
      Appointment of   CAROL D. CLARK   to a four (4) year term effective immediately and  
      expiring on February 1, 2014.

Upon motion by Mrs. Seibert and seconded by Mr. Radford, it was unanimously agreed to adjourn at 7:56
