FINANCE COMMITTEE

The Finance Committee of the St. Clair County Board met in the County Board Conference Room.  
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Edwin Cockrell at 6:30 p.m.

Upon motion by Mr. Stammer and seconded by Mr. Mosley, it was unanimously agreed to approve 
the February 23, 2009 Finance Committee Meeting Minutes.   
 
Upon motion by Mr. Stammer and seconded by Mr. Mosley, it was unanimously agreed to approve 
the County Insurance Package purchased from Lockton. 
 
Upon motion by Mr. Mosley and seconded by Mrs. Seibert, it was unanimously agreed to approve 
the Mutual Aid Package, for St. Clair, Franklin, and Madison County Detention Centers the cost is 
($479,145.00). 
 
Upon motion by Mr. Stammer and seconded by Mr. Mosley, it was unanimously agreed to approve 
the Fish bids for Foley Park, the low bid was accepted for 3 deliveries and the cost is ($4,000.00). 
 
Upon motion by Mr. Mosley and seconded by Ms. Chartrand, it was unanimously agreed to approve 
the Claims & Purchasing Sub-Committee Report.

Upon motion by Mr. Stammer and seconded by Mr. Mosley, it was unanimously agreed to approve 
the Kidnap / Ransom Insurance for ($1,000.00) with complete application. 
 
Upon motion by Mr. Mosley and seconded by Mr. Stammer, it was unanimously agreed to   adjourn   
at 6:55 p.m.
