St. Clair County Probation Services
The mission of the 20th Judicial Circuit Court Services and Probation Department is to serve the court and provide balanced and restorative justice in the judicial system.
It is our goal to assure community protection by supervising adults and juvenile probationers as well as to hold in custody any juvenile offenders between the ages 10 to 16 years old at the St. Clair County Detention Center.
The Probation Department is responsible for drug testing defendants, court investigations, aid in supervision of adult and juvenile defendants and DNA collection.
