In July of 2007, as a follow-up to the appointment of the Older Adult Services Board, a St. Clair County Office on Aging was established. This office has been created to encourage the wide variety of service providers to seniors to work closely together to coordinate and collaborate in the provision of services. It will also provide services and resources as grants are secured, as well as continue to establish partnerships with other agencies and pursue opportunities to enhance life for senior citizens.
