New office procedures:
The St. Clair County Mapping & Platting office will not give parcel numbers, legal descriptions or owner information over the phone.
We offer the option of faxing our office (618-277-0482) and having the requested information faxed back to you at a small cost. The cost is $1 per parcel and legal description, $2 for a copy of the tax map and $1 per fax.
In order to use this service, one would need to set up an account with a petty cash of $25.00. You would draw from that account until it is depleted. A statement will be faxed to you at the time your fund is depleted. At that time, if you wish to continue this service, you would need to replenish your account with $25.00. Make checks payable to St. Clair County Treasurer and mail check to the following address:

Please also note that MAPPING & PLATTING has made our office accessible to the public. We have computers and Sidwell maps at our counter for your convenience. Our office hours are from 8:30a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. |
