St Clair County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC), a division of St. Clair County Emergency Management Agency (EMA), is designated to serve as a community forum for issues relating to preparedness for emergencies involving Hazardous Materials. It is the Agency that receives the required Tier II reports on Hazardous Materials from Industry.
The LEPC welcomes input from a broad sector, to better plan and deal with incidents involving Hazardous Materials. That input from the first responders, health care providers, the transportation sector, and industry helps provide essential information necessary to protect the people living or working in our County and the environment.
