As part of Governor Quinn’s commitment to strengthen the Illinois economy and create jobs, the group will work with the Governor’s office and recommend strategies to increase trade and business investment in Illinois. Governor Quinn announced the group as part of his growth strategy during his 2012 State of the State Address. open house public hearing The St. Clair County Highway Department will hold a Public Hearing concerning the proposed construction of a new interchange on FAI 64 at Rieder Road (Exit 21). The public hearing will be held in the baggage area of MidAmerica St. Louis Airport in Mascoutah on April 26th from 4-7pm. (SAVE) a $25,000 grant to establish a recycling center for electronic devices. Neighborhood Improvements in Parkfield Terrace The St. Clair County Board is expected to approve a recommendation from the County Environmental Committee to allocate $110,500 to tear down 26 derelict properties in Parkfield Terrace, County Board Chairman Mark Kern announced Friday. St. Clair County Comprehensive Plan - Draft Notice is hereby given that the St. Clair County Regional Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 17, 2011, at 7:00 p.m., in the County Board Room (5th Floor) of the St. Clair County Building, #10 Public Square, Belleville, Illinois, at which time and place the Commission will consider: Public comment on the proposed St. Clair County Comprehensive Plan.
